Founder Creative direction Naming Identity design

HeadVet is an AI automation agency built specifically for veterinary practices. As the founder, I brought something most AI companies don't have. A deep understanding of why people choose things and how design shapes those decisions.

The thinking
Problem

Veterinary clinics were losing revenue through missed appointments and administrative overload. Staff were burning out. The tools meant to help felt like more work.

Insight

Automation without the right design language feels like noise. For it to work, it has to feel like relief.

Strategic question

How do you build an AI product human enough that the people delivering care actually want to use it?

Solution

Automation that feels like support, not disruption.

Plug-and-play workflows running quietly in the background while the team focuses on patients. Each workflow designed around a measurable business objective: fewer no-shows, more completed treatment plans, stronger client loyalty.

Positioning, tone, and identity built to make automation feel playful, confident, and trustworthy. The design language explicitly avoids the cold sterile tech aesthetic that's made automation feel adversarial in clinical settings.
